Institutional Diversification, Governance, and Sustainability enhanced

WLAC aims to enhance institutional diversification, governance, and sustainability. Key interventions will focus on strengthening organizational governance structures, building staff capacity, diversifying funding sources, and improving operational systems and processes. Efforts will also target strategic partnerships and resource mobilization to reduce reliance on single funding streams and ensure financial stability.

By reinforcing internal capacity and governance, WLAC will be better positioned to deliver quality programs, maintain accountability, and respond effectively to emerging opportunities and challenges. This will ensure the organizations long-term sustainability and its continued role as a leading womens right organization for womens rights, gender equality, and access to justice in Tanzania.
